Position Summary:

Aegis Worldwide is partnered with a manufacturer who is seeking a highly skilled multi-craft maintenance technician!

Must Haves:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years experience in a manufacturing environment

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain clear maintenance documentation and user guides to support cross-functional teams with equipment upkeep and troubleshooting.
• Partner with production and engineering teams to coordinate timely maintenance efforts and reduce operational interruptions.
• Assist in training production and engineering personnel to identify, troubleshoot, and address routine maintenance issues.
• Operate manufacturing equipment in compliance with established safety protocols and operational standards.
• Perform both preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues using technical resources such as manuals, schematics, and diagnostic tools.
• Work across a range of equipment types, including mechanical, electrical, and PLC-controlled systems.
