Inova Staffing is looking to hire a maintenance technician for a direct hire 1st shift (or split) opening in Cleveland, OH.Monday-Friday1st shift hours: 6:30am-3:30pmSplit shift hours: 12pm-8pmOccasional OTThis position requires the mechanical troubleshooting of packaging machines. Troubleshooting will be done on older, manual packaging machines as well as one high-tech fully automated capper/filler machine.Preferred skills:Understanding of basic PLC & VFD troubleshootingMechanical aptitude: be able to problem-solve on the go, figure out problems as they occurIndustrial machine maintenanceGeneral & basic building maintenance experienceBenefits: medical, dental, vision, 401k match, PTO, life insurance and short/long-term disabilityInova Staffing is an Equal Opportunity Employer
