**Maintenance Technician **

**Location: **Brinkley, AR

Pay: $20.00/hr + overtime

Job Type: Full-Time

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Maintenance Technician for a direct-hire opportunity in Brinkley, AR.

Responsibilities:

• Perform HVAC maintenance and tune-ups
• Clean coils, flush drains, and inspect equipment
• Replace capacitors, fan motors, belts, and other parts
• Test electrical currents, refrigerant levels, and airflow
• Troubleshoot and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems

Qualifications:

• HVAC or maintenance experience preferred
• Basic electrical and mechanical knowledge
• Dependable and able to work independently
