Open Shift: 

  • 3rd Shift - Weekend Days, Friday-Sunday (6:00am-6:30pm)
    • Enjoy a $2.00/hour shift differential

       

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: 

  • Perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of production equipment and machinery
  • Execute preventive maintenance tasks to minimize downtime and extend equipment life
  • Interpret engineering drawings, schematics, diagrams, and manuals to diagnose and resolve issues
  • Use hand and power tools, including drills, measuring instruments, taps, and presses
  • Utilize maintenance tracking software to document work performed
  • Maintain knowledge of soldering techniques and basic electrical/mechanical systems
  • Support production by assembling or modifying workstations as needed
  • Work with Digital Volt Meters (DVMs) and other diagnostic equipment
  • Assist with basic programming and troubleshooting of PLCs and microcontrollers
  • Collaborate with team members to support all areas of production as needed
  • Communicate with external vendors for equipment service, troubleshooting, and repairs
  • Follow all safety standards, including proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
  • Maintain flexibility to work across multiple production areas based on business needs

For This Role, You Will Need: 

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • A minimum of 3 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or in a similar industrial maintenance role. 
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical wiring, plumbing & HVAC systems
  • Proficiency with diagnostic tools, power tools and maintenance software.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints and other documents
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with co-workers and supervisors
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team 
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States – Sponsorship will not be provided
     
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS THAT SET YOU APART: 
 
  • Technical Diploma or Certification
  • 5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment 
 

Physical Requirements:

  • Lift up to 20–50 pounds at a time
  • Ability to stand for up to 12 hours per shift
  • Ability to work in a production environment with required PPE
