Responsibilities:

• Basic understanding of manufacturing procedures.

• Performs routine tasks (e.g., fabrication, testing).

• Follows instructions closely.

• Documents work accurately.

• Works under close supervision and receives instruction, guidance and direction from more senior level roles.

• Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.

• Learns and follows cleanroom protocols and GMP standards.

• Assists with calibration and basic metrology tasks under supervision.

• Performs routine preventive maintenance tasks with guidance.

• Uses basic hand tools and measurement devices safely and effectively.

• Learns to operate and inspect equipment and sensors.

• Follows safety procedures and reports risks or hazards.

• Supports documentation using CMMS and maintenance logs.

• Demonstrates curiosity and willingness to learn new systems.

• Communicates clearly with team members and supervisors.

• Demonstrates reliability and commitment to task completion.

• Understands the importance of customer satisfaction in maintenance work.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Certification or associate's degree preferred.

• Entry Level and willingness to learn.

The expected salary range for this position is $24.00 to $26.00 hourly, depending on skills, experience and qualifications.
