The Maintenance Technician supports daily foundry operations by performing preventive maintenance,

troubleshooting, and repairs on production equipment and machinery. This role works with mechanical, electrical,

hydraulic, and pneumatic systems supporting melting, casting, molding, and material-handling processes.

Responsibilities include responding to equipment breakdowns, completing routine inspections and repairs,

minimizing production downtime, and maintaining a safe work environment in accordance with established safety

and LOTO procedures.

●Industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing or foundry environment.

● Experience troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

● Working knowledge of PLC-controlled equipment, motors, VFDs, sensors, and industrial electrical systems.

● Experience with preventive maintenance, equipment inspections, and breakdown repairs.

● Ability to read mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and equipment manuals.

● Welding, fabrication, and basic machining experience preferred.

● Familiarity with LOTO and established industrial safety procedures.

● Ability to work safely in a hot, dirty, and physically demanding foundry environment.

● High school diploma or GED required; technical training or skilled-trades certification preferred
