Your primary job duties are:
Performing a variety of repairs on pumps, meters, transfer lines and packaging equipment to minimize downtime.
Performing a variety of welding and/or electrical repairs.
Assuring proper operation of the API separator 24/7.
Testing and chemical treating of the boiler to assure safe and continuous operation and record results for ISO 9000.
Preventive maintenance on pumps, blenders, forklifts and fleet vehicles.
Maintenance and repairs of facility and grounds.
Assisting packaging and / or loading rack department.
Maintain A safe work environment.
Implement all ISO 9000 procedures to assure that ISO certification is maintained.
Clean facility, tanks and blending kettles.
Assist in loading and unloading box trucks.
A High School Diploma or equivalent is required, with a minimum of 1 year of Maintenance Experience.
In this role as a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for:
Maintaining, repairing and/or replacing all manufacturing, packaging and transfer equipment(pumps, valves and meters) to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
Building repair and maintenance including installation of replacement equipment.
Assists in the construction of new facilities.
Responsible for performing a variety of welding and/or electrical repairs.
Complies with all safety regulations and requirements.
Performs preventive maintenance on company fleet vehicles and forklifts.
Maintains building and grounds.
Responsible for testing boiler chemicals and assuring proper operation and recording results.
Responsible for maintaining the safe operation of the API separator 24/7.
Assists in production and another department as needed.
Maximizes efficient use of company assets.
