Maintenance Technician

Seeking Maintenance Technicians to ensure the reliable operation of high‑speed production and packaging equipment in a fast‑paced food manufacturing environment. This role focuses on troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining mechanical and electrical systems to support safe and efficient plant operations.

Key Responsibilities

Equipment Maintenance – Install, repair, and maintain motors, pumps, conveyors, hydraulic/pneumatic systems, and cooking equipment.
Preventive Maintenance – Develop and execute preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
Electrical Systems – Read schematics, troubleshoot panels, wiring, VFDs, sensors, and safety systems.
Safety Compliance – Perform Lockout Tag Out (LOTO) procedures and ensure safe operation of equipment.
Documentation – Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, work orders, and inspections.
Troubleshooting – Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues systematically to restore equipment functionality.

Qualifications

Mechanical aptitude with knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
Ability to read electrical schematics and follow maintenance manuals.
Industrial maintenance experience preferred.
