We are seeking a skilled and motivated Maintenance Technician to join our team in Appleton, WI, 54911. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility by performing routine maintenance and repairs. 1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts available!

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections of equipment and systems to identify issues and perform necessary repairs.
• Perform preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment to minimize downtime.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and troubleshoot problems as they arise.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
• Assist with the installation of new equipment and systems as needed.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while performing maintenance tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree in a related field is a plus.
• Proven experience as a maintenance technician or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Ability to read technical manuals and schematics.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
