Job Overview:
**Job Title: Maintenance Technician
**
**Hours: M-F 7am - 3:30pm
**
**Location: Ann Arbor, MI 48104
**
**Duration: 2 Months (possible conversion to FTE, Depending upon business needs)

**Overview of Work Environment/Client Nuances
**:
Candidate will be working inside of a bank
Candidate will be driving a clients van to multiple area locations - 30-mile radius
Uniform and tools will be provided

Minor HVAC PM's
Filter/belt changes
Patching/painting
