About this Opportunity**

Integrity Technical Services, Inc. is assisting a Youngstown, Ohio area Manufacturing Company that seeks to hire an experienced 1st Shift Maintenance Technician who will be responsible for the troubleshooting, repair, and replacement of industrial

manufacturing machinery and facility support equipment. You will play a critical role in

minimizing downtime and ensuring a safe, efficient production environment.

Responsibilities

• Equipment Maintenance: Inspect, service, adjust, and repair a wide range of production machinery, including overhead cranes and shop equipment.
• Preventative Maintenance (PM): Execute scheduled electrical and mechanical PM programs to extend machine life and prevent failures.
• Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose complex issues in mechanical and electrical systems using blueprints and schematics.
• Reporting: Prepare and submit detailed maintenance reports to management regarding equipment status and repairs.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure all maintenance activities align with company safety protocols and OSHA requirements.
• Collaboration: Coordinate with management and shop floor personnel to prioritize repairs and minimize production interference.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of (2) years of hands-on experience in industrial manufacturing machinery repair.
• Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Vocational/Technical school or higher education preferred.
• Technical Skills: * Proficiency in reading blueprints, electrical schematics, and technical manuals.
• In-depth knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Ability to work from hand-sketches and verbal instructions.
• Soft Skills: Strong verbal and written communication; excellent documentation skills.
• Physical/Safety: Familiarity with industrial safety standards and the ability to work in a manufacturing environment.
