A large, high-volume industrial manufacturing facility in the packaging and materials sector is seeking Maintenance Technicians to support its Injection Molding operations. This role is focused on maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and continuous manufacturing operations.
This is a hands-on, floor-based position suited for a well-rounded industrial maintenance professional with strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills. Injection molding experience is a plus but not required.
Day Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Regular overtime available (average ~5 hours/week)

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on injection molding and downstream production equipment
Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
Diagnose equipment failures, identify root causes, and restore production safely and efficiently
Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and mechanical drawings
Support equipment changeovers, new installs, and continuous improvement efforts
Maintain equipment in a safe, production-ready condition
Follow all OSHA, LOTO, PPE, and plant safety procedures without exception
Assist with spare parts organization and inventory using FIFO methodology
Work closely with production teams to minimize downtime and maximize output
Recommend improvements to standard maintenance and operating procedures
Utilize personal basic tools while following all safety and product handling requirements
Work independently with minimal supervision while supporting a team-based environment
Work overtime as needed to support production demands and vacation coverage
Injection molding machinery (experience preferred, not required)
Automated production and packaging equipment
PLC-controlled systems (troubleshooting experience preferred)
High-volume manufacturing lines with multiple pieces of industrial equipment
Fast-paced, safety-driven production environment
Experience in industrial maintenance within a manufacturing or production environment
Strong electrical troubleshooting skills with solid mechanical capability
Experience with:
Electrical schematics & blueprint reading
Pneumatics and hydraulics
Industrial equipment maintenance and repair
PLC troubleshooting experience is a strong plus (programming not required)
Ability to dismantle machinery, diagnose issues, and repair or replace defective components
Self-motivated, dependable, and safety-focused
Comfortable managing multiple priorities under production pressure
Injection molding experience is beneficial but not required
Facilities-only maintenance backgrounds will not be a fit
$33.30 – $44.55 per hour, based on experience
