Job Description

Role Purpose

As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and maintaining industrial automation systems to ensure efficient, reliable, and safe manufacturing operations. Your expertise will keep production running smoothly across the facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair PLC systems, identifying and resolving issues quickly
• Perform electrical and mechanical diagnostics on equipment
• Maintain and optimize industrial automation systems
• Create and execute preventive maintenance plans to reduce machine downtime
• Diagnose and repair hydraulic systems
• Use PLC programming knowledge to adjust and improve machine performance
• Collaborate with production teams to meet manufacturing goals

What You Need to Succeed

• Strong experience in PLC troubleshooting and programming
• Solid background in electrical and mechanical troubleshooting
• Proven ability to create and implement preventive maintenance schedules
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment
