Job Description

One of our manufacturing clients is looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to join their team in Addison, WI.

**Pay Rate: **$30/hr - $35/hr

**Shift: **12 hour rotational

Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment and facility systems

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment

• Diagnose equipment failures and implement effective solutions to minimize production downtime

• Maintain and repair motors, conveyors, pumps, gearboxes, compressors, bearings, and other industrial machinery

• Read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and technical manuals

• Install, modify, and commission new equipment while supporting machinery upgrades and plant improvement projects

• Complete maintenance work orders and accurately document repairs using CMMS software

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required.

• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment

• Hands on experience maintaining CNC Machining and high speed manufacturing equipments.

• Strong troubleshooting skills involving mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems

• Experience with PLC troubleshooting, motor controls, VFDs, and automated production equipment
