Job Description

We are seeking a Maintenance Technician Lead – 3rd Shift to support production uptime in a high-volume manufacturing facility specializing in plastic injection molding and automated assembly. This position is hands-on and will serve as the go-to resource for troubleshooting large hydraulic and mechanical equipment during second-shift operations. The Lead Technician will also provide oversight to one direct report, making this an ideal opportunity for a strong technician looking to grow into leadership.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as shift lead for maintenance operations on the third shift

• Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems

• Support high-pressure wash systems, FANUC robotics, thermal bonding, and injection molding equipment

• Perform and oversee preventative maintenance (PMs)

• Collaborate with production to ensure equipment uptime and efficiency

• Lead or participate in problem-solving initiatives

• Maintain safety standards while working on industrial equipment

Requirements:

• Strong mechanical aptitude with an emphasis on hydraulics and large-scale machinery

• Electrical troubleshooting experience required (controls experience a plus)

• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment

• Hands-on approach and ability to work on heavy industrial machinery

• Leadership experience or strong leadership traits with a desire to mentor others

• Must pass a background check

• This is not a THC-friendly facility
