**Pay: $26–$36/hr + $1/hr shift premium

Shifts: 2nd: 3:00 PM–11:30 PM | 3rd: 11:00 PM–7:30 AM

Industrial Maintenance Technician – Eaton, OH

Join a leading steel manufacturer as an Industrial Maintenance Technician. Responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and production equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform root-cause analysis
• Complete preventative maintenance and equipment repairs
• Install and repair electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Use lathes, mills, grinders, and drill presses to repair/fabricate parts
• Document maintenance activity in CMMS
• Support continuous improvement projects and parts inventory
• Work overtime as needed

Requirements:

• 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience preferred
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• High school diploma required; technical degree preferred
• Ability to work 2nd or 3rd shift and up to 50–55 hours/week
