Position Summary:
Support production of Comfort Food products through the repair and maintenance of production machinery and facility.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Test and troubleshoot various types of meat processing equipment
- Perform building maintenance
- Follow preventative maintenance schedule for processing equipment
- Follow lockout/tag out procedures when performing maintenance on all machinery
- Keep work area clean and organized
- Follow GMP/HAACP procedures
- Assist with other tasks as assigned
- Schematics
- Testing equipment
- Repair tools and equipment
- Industrial equipment

Qualifications
Education and Experience
- Previous manufacturing maintenance experience required
- Knowledge of common maintenance practices and procedures
- Electrical education/training
- Experience performing maintenance on industrial machinery
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read schematics and blueprints
- Ability to use meters and test equipment
- Ability to work flexible hours
