Job Description Summary

Maintenance Technician :
*Provide maintenance support to CNC lines
*Complete PM's on machines and facility items
*Repair, rebuild or setup of mechanical gearbox assemblies
*Building maintenance including parking area

Job Description

Maintenance Tech:

• Provide mechanical support to all machines in building
• Complete assigned PM's on a daily basis
• Adhere to all safety requirement on CNC machines during repair and or PM's service
• Work with hydraulics, pneumatics and PLC
• Read and troubleshoot using schematics
• Repair or replacing defective parts in a safe manner

Required Skills and Education

• Minimum of 3 years experience in a manufacturing environment working with CNC machines and processes
• Minimum education - High School Diploma or GED/Equivalent
• Ability to interpret blueprints
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Working knowledge of MicroSoft office
• Must work effectively with others / and or independently
• Experience in the automotive industry beneficial
• Flexibility to work different shifts on occasion to cover vacations
• Strong mechanical analytical problem solving ability
• Experience with Fanuc, Siemens and Okuma controls a plus
• ROBOTICS knowledge a plus
