Industrial Maintenance Technician

Pay: 18-24$/hour

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Overtime Available

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial machinery and equipment in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills and be comfortable working in a fast-paced industrial setting.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial machinery and production equipment

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems

• Diagnose equipment failures and complete repairs to minimize production downtime

• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance

• Replace or repair motors, bearings, belts, pumps, sensors, and other machine components

• Read and interpret equipment manuals, schematics, and technical drawings

• Assist with equipment installations, adjustments, and upgrades

• Maintain accurate maintenance and repair records

• Follow all OSHA, lockout/tagout, and company safety procedures

• Keep maintenance areas, tools, and equipment clean and organized

Qualifications

• Previous industrial maintenance or manufacturing maintenance experience required

• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills

• Electrical troubleshooting experience preferred

• Knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics

• Experience with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment

• Ability to work independently and respond quickly to equipment breakdowns

• Strong attendance and reliability

• Must be able to stand, bend, climb, and lift throughout the shift
