Temp-to-Perm Career Opportunity
Perform preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
Diagnose equipment issues to minimize production downtime
Inspect machinery for wear, damage, and safety concerns
Install, assemble, and test production equipment
Replace worn or defective machine components
Perform emergency repairs as needed
Use hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment safely
Maintain maintenance records and complete work orders
Follow all company safety and quality standards
3–5 years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience required
Experience troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
Knowledge of three-phase electrical systems
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
Basic math skills, including measurements and fractions
Experience with Microsoft Office is preferred
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
High School Diploma or GED required
Technical training or maintenance certification is a plus
Welding or machine fabrication experience
Plumbing or carpentry experience
Preventative maintenance program experience
Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Manufacturing facility with industrial equipment
Frequent standing, walking, climbing, bending, and lifting
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Exposure to machinery, noise, and varying temperatures
