Maintenance Technician - Property Maintenance - Edmond OK

We are currently seeking a dependable and motivated Maintenance Technician to join our clients team. This role is responsible for performing routine maintenance, repairs, and general upkeep to ensure properties remain safe, functional, and well‑maintained.

Pay Range

• $15-23/hr (based on experience)

Schedule

• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Job Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repair tasks including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and painting
• Diagnose and troubleshoot maintenance issues in a timely manner
• Complete preventative maintenance to minimize future repair needs
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and work orders
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in safe working condition
• Communicate effectively with management regarding repairs and property conditions

Qualifications

• Previous maintenance or property maintenance experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Strong problem-solving and time-management skills
• Reliable transportation to Edmond.
• Valid driver’s license preferred
