Job Description 

Production Maintenance: Troubleshooting / repairing complex production operating systems. Technicians work on both electrical and mechanical systems (Testers, Robotics, Pneumatics, etc.). Extensive Electronics and PLC troubleshooting /programming as well as mechanical overhaul and adjustment of machinery. Daily and preventative maintenance on automated equipment. Knowledge of control wiring, strong computer skills and project management skills preferred

Requirements:

• 2-6+ yrs, experience/education/training in industrial maintenance or technically relative field. 
• 1+ years demonstrated abilities troubleshooting, modifying, repairing and performing preventive maintenance on automated industrial equipment. 
• Demonstrated cross-functional experience/skills: PLC, HMI,  Ladder Logic,  Electrical, Mechanical, Hydraulic , Pneumatic systems.
• Must have knowledge of basic electronics theory and some practical experience
• Should have a demonstrated ability to plan/prioritize work. 
• PC skills- MS excel/word, hardware, windows operations.   
• Must not be color-blind.   
• Must be able to work at heights of 20 ft on ladder/lifts
• Must be able to travel (may include Japan)
• Must be proficient in all major categories of Facilities maintenance. (electrical, mechanical, HVAC, low and medium voltage power distribution, steam, pneumatics and construction) 
• Reads and interprets diagrams, drawings, specifications, and instructions to perform maintenance and repair work.
• Uses full range of measuring, gauging, analysis, machine and hand tools to perform maintenance work.
• Perform preventative, predictive, corrective and breakdown maintenance. 
• Modification and fabrication activities related to maintenance.
• Maintains clean and safe working environment in line with company standards or policies.
• Working outside the plant in extreme conditions
