While working with our Maintenance Group you will install, maintain, and repair machinery, equipment, and electrical systems in the factory with a focus on safety and quality of work. In this role you will be able to advance your knowledge working in a state of the art manufacturing facility.Positions require prior experience maintaining and installing industrial machinery and electrical systems with a focus on safety and quality of work. PLC knowledge a plus. Be able to lead a team of 7 tech's, train, enforce policies and do evaluations.
**Schedule **2-2-3 12 hour shift 7:00pm to 7:00am
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the work of 7 maintenance technicians
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure the efficient operation of equipment
- Coordinate with other departments to schedule repairs and maintenance activities
- Train and mentor maintenance staff on proper procedures and safety protocols
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies
- Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and perform necessary repairs or coordinate with external contractors
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance or facilities management
- Proven experience in supervising a team of maintenance technicians
- Strong knowledge of, electrical systems, Hydraulics and pneumatics and PLC's
- Proficient in using Excel and Microsoft for tracking maintenance activities
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot equipment malfunctions
- Ability to read technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a team
