Job Overview:
Maintenance Team Lead
Helion is seeking an experienced Maintenance Team Lead with a strong mechanical and electrical background to support a highly automated manufacturing facility. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on equipment reliability, troubleshooting, and supporting a modern maintenance operation.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide hands-on leadership and technical support to the maintenance team.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues on highly automated production equipment.
Support equipment reliability, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting efforts.
Utilize SCADA systems and HMIs to monitor equipment and identify issues.
Work with maintenance and production teams to minimize downtime and keep equipment running efficiently.
Qualifications:
Strong mechanical and electrical maintenance experience is required.
Previous maintenance leadership or team lead experience is preferred.
Experience working in a highly automated manufacturing environment.
Experience with SCADA systems and HMIs.
Experience using CMMS systems for maintenance management and documentation.
