THE WORK
Advanced Programs in King of Prussia, PA is looking for an experienced professional in the logistics/maintenance field. Advanced Programs are rapid fielding programs, which require the ability to shift priorities as necessary for successful results. The candidate selected would be part of the Global Sustainment team supporting the Midway program. The candidate will support the development of new systems and the sustainment of exiting fielded systems. As a Maintenance Support Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting the logistics and sustainment support for depot and field level operations, working closely with various functional groups to meet customer commitments and program growth objectives.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Executing decisions on repairs to ensure promised delivery dates for customer commitments
• Assist efficient process flow throughout repair and shipping processes
• Aid execution of logistics or supply activities to support repairs
• Assist planning for and supporting spares and repair parts requirements, balancing inventory and mission needs
• Assist annual physical inventory and reconciliation of GFE repair parts/tools
• Support management of obsolete hardware and provisioning determinations
• General maintenance and support of fielded end items
When not on travel the candidate will be required to be in the King of Prussia facility. However, there is flexibility on occasion to work from home with pre-coordination of the manager.

Basic Qualifications

• Proven ability to work within a team, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with depot and field level maintenance procedures and repair methods
• Ability to analyze and decipher wiring diagrams and schematics
• Proven ability to troubleshoot, isolate, and repair systems utilizing technical data
• Must be able to travel as needed, travel varies from 5% to 10% depending on priorities and deliveries.
• Must have a Secret Clearance with the ability to obtain Top Secret

Desired skills

• Highly motivated, detail-oriented individual with the ability to follow through on both internal and external commitments
• Active Top-Secret Clearance
• Military Systems maintenance experience
• Understanding of Supply Chain Management, production controls, and production planning.

Ability to work remotely

Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedule Information

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Security Clearance Information

This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

National Pay Statement

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Washington or Washington DC is $60,600 - $106,835. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays.
(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.

Premium Pay Statement

For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
