The TPM Supervisor is responsible for leading and implementing Total Preventive Maintenance (TPM) strategies to improve equipment reliability, reduce downtime, and optimize plant efficiency in an industrial manufacturing environment. This role ensures that maintenance processes align with predictive maintenance techniques, and Industry 4.0 advancements. As a key leader within the maintenance department, the TPM Supervisor oversees preventive and predictive maintenance programs, while collaborating with production, engineering, and equipment OEMs to drive continuous improvement. This role is also responsible for analyzing maintenance KPIs and OEE while conducting root cause analysis, and managing CMMS work orders to enhance operational effectiveness. The ideal candidate is a hands on leader with strong technical expertise in mechanical, electrical, and automation systems and is passionate about driving a TPM culture focused on proactive problem solving and long-term asset management.
This role will require a qualified candidate to be located near our Riceville, IA facility as this is a 100% onsite position. We offer a comprehensive relocation package to all qualified candidates.

Pay Range:
$72,200.00 - $116,200.00The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's experience, education and skills, as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions.
