Job Summary: Responsible to manage and supervise both short- and long-range planning including coordination of scheduled outages.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Ensure that Health, Safety, and Environmental issues are addressed in every job plan and appropriate permits are completed.
Manage and supervise both short- and long-range planning including coordination of scheduled outages.
Determine appropriate level of planning for each new work order.
Manage updating of bill of materials (BOM) information for Fulton infrastructure and operating area assets.
Establish and manage process for 3rd party repair work. Ensure timely turnaround time to meet scheduled maintenance plan.
Build comprehensive plans for maintenance work including parts, internal labor, 3rd party labor, 3rd party services, rental equipment, etc.
Ensure integration of input of craftsmen, maintenance manager, and other parties in planning process.
Estimate hours needed to perform work.
Establish and lead after action review for planned jobs to ensure learnings are built into future work.
Estimate costs including labor, materials, rentals, and contracted services for each work order.
Manage special projects as defined by maintenance manager.
Serve as backup for maintenance manager.

Must adhere to all company and location policies and safety rules
Must be able to work extended hours when required

Education, Experience, Skills and Abilities Required for Consideration as a Candidate:
(If a degree is required it must be from an accredited institution)
Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience with 3 years as maintenance planner within a manufacturing environment.
Completed formal maintenance planner training.
The ability to interpret and use the following (to develop job plans):
Piping and instrumentation diagrams
Equipment drawings
Predictive maintenance reports
Hydraulic and electrical schematics
Additional Education, Experience, Skills and Abilities Preferred:

Strong written and verbal communication skills
Lean Manufacturing a plus
Working knowledge of process equipment
Basic math skills
Highly motivated
Strong time management and priorities management skills
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Computer literate with knowledge of Excel. BPCS experience a plus.
Ability to interact with vendors and internal customers
Attention to detail
Metrics driven
Desire to grow into a Maintenance Manager role

The Account Manager, Service acts as the liaison between external customers, sales engineers, internal warehouses & manufacturing groups. The Account Manager, Service is responsible for managing customer and distributor orders and resolving problem areas to provide a positive buyer experience. The job requires tact, attention to detail, the ability to make quick decisions, and the talent to juggle multiple responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
· Receives and processes customer orders, inquiries covering items or products ordered.
· Maintains an ongoing relationship with assigned customers and commercial partner.
· Responsible for ensuring that the order has been entered correctly and that the customer has received acknowledgment with a realistic delivery date.
· Provides standard pricing and quoting, product availability, and schedule information within established guidelines.
· Serves as communication link between customers and commercial to assure responsiveness.
· Tracks order activity and alerts appropriate stakeholders of any potential delivery problems. Partners with Logistics to expedite delivery of selected orders.
· Uses knowledge of products, product availability, sales territories, and individual customers to provide a key communications link to the customer.
· Maintain a high level of customer service as reflected by a low number of customer complaints.
· Work closely with Production Control, Purchasing, and Shipping to ensure our customers’ needs are being met.
· Will need to have basic knowledge of export order processing including ocean and air export shipment regulations and familiarity with NAFTA and other free trade agreements.
Qualifications and Experience:
· High School Diploma required. Associate's or Bachelor's degree in relevant field preferred.
· A minimum of 2-5 years of customer service experience in an office setting is required.
· Manufacturing company experience preferred.
· Preferred working knowledge of US trade compliance including import and export compliance, ITAR, NAFTA, Other free trade agreements, Made in the USA rules, Harmonized tariff rules
· Must have excellent communication skills and strong detail orientation.
· Capable of handling multiple priorities and adapting to change with ease.
· Willing to take on additional tasks and work effectively on a team.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel required, knowledge of SAP preferred.
· Ability to rotate with other Service Representatives to provide holiday coverage.
Compensation:
$77,000 - $87,000 Annually
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
** This position is based onsite at our plant in Fulton, NY Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend work as needed
