MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR

• $40 - $45 P/H
• 1st Shift

We are working with a leading Precision Manufacturing Company who is currently seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to join their team on Day Shift. These are full-time, permanent positions offering excellent long-term career potential, competitive salary, and a full benefits package.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Lead, organize, plan, and motivate the maintenance team.
• Mentor maintenance technicians and provide troubleshooting support, including being reachable by phone/text when needed.
• Remain hands-on and willing to work on equipment rather than managing solely from a desk.
• Support breakdown response and fault-finding across the plant.
• Help manage maintenance coverage and preventive-maintenance activity across first and second shift.
• Supervising a Team of 4 Maintenance Technicians
• Hands-On Mechanical, Electrical, Hydraulic & Pneumatic Maintenance & Repair of 50+ Production Machines

Qualifications & Experience required:

• Minimum 5 Years Industrial Maintenance Experience
• Maintenance Lead / Supervisor Experience
• Strong Mechanical & Electrical Skills
• PLC Troubleshooting
• Strong Leadership skills
