Reports to: Operations Manager
Supervises: Maintenance Staff (8-10 Employees)
Location: Onsite in Washington, MO
Hours: Monday- Friday - Typically Day Shift. On-call and availability on evenings and weekends when necessary.

General Overview: The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for all facility maintenance related to safety, function, and quality.

Safety Hazards: Exposure to dust, air borne fibers, fumes, dirt, noise, vibrations, chemicals, and solvents. 5% of the work is performed outside in extreme temperatures ranging from hot and humid to snow and freezing. Safety glasses, hearing protection, and gloves are required while performing certain tasks. Some of the work is performed in an office environment.

While performing duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, bend and lift for full shift. Regularly required to lift/move/push or pull weight of up to 45 lbs. The employee is frequently required to reach with hands and arms requiring dexterity and handling or working with packages or equipment. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision and color vision. Employee will be required to hear warning horns, bells, alarms, and oral instructions for safety purposes.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and interpret documents such as contracts, ability to write advertising, reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization. Must have proven exceptional written presentation and verbal communication skills.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages. Ability to apply concepts of basic math and algebra.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply common sense understanding and carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
