Job Overview:

This position is responsible for directing the work of maintenance technicians, identifying parts needed for upcoming work and inventory, and scheduling the workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide and support maintenance technicians (up to 50% of time).
  • Troubleshoot and direct equipment repairs.
  • Work with production teams to optimize machine efficiency.
  • Ensure safety standards and preventive maintenance compliance.
  • Manage parts inventory and coordinate maintenance schedules.
  • Oversee and perform repairs on various industrial machinery.
  • Lead workflow planning and improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain work quality and productivity within the team.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 3+ years of leadership experience in industrial maintenance preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, including schematics.
  • Proficiency in ERP/CMMS systems, Microsoft Office, and troubleshooting tools.
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment (lifting, climbing, standing).
  • Familiarity with lubrication programs and industrial equipment operation.
  • Must be available for occasional weekend work.
