What You'll Do

Lead Maintenance Operations

• Supervise daily maintenance activities and prioritize work to support production goals
• Coordinate rapid response to equipment breakdowns while maintaining safety and quality standards
• Schedule and oversee preventive maintenance programs for production equipment and facility systems
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of maintenance technicians, helping them grow their skills and advance their careers
• Foster a culture of accountability, safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement

Drive Reliability & Performance

• Improve equipment uptime, reliability, and overall maintenance effectiveness
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex mechanical, electrical, refrigeration, pneumatic, hydraulic, and utility system issues
• Review equipment performance and identify opportunities for process improvements
• Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, productivity, and cost reduction

Manage Projects & Resources

• Coordinate maintenance projects from planning through execution
• Support maintenance budgeting, inventory management, and resource planning
• Track key performance metrics including downtime, reliability, cost savings, and project completion
• Ensure maintenance activities are aligned with operational and business objectives

Partner Across the Organization

• Collaborate with production, quality, warehouse, and leadership teams to support facility goals
• Communicate expectations, priorities, and maintenance performance objectives
• Serve as a key resource for equipment reliability, maintenance planning, and operational problem solving

What We're Looking For

• Maintenance leadership experience in manufacturing, food production, or industrial operations
• Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, refrigeration, and boiler systems
• Experience leading maintenance teams and developing technicians
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation
• Strong planning, organization, and project management skills
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance programs, CMMS systems, and reliability practices
• Commitment to workplace safety, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence
• Effective communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across departments
