$95,000 - $110,000 + Bonus

We're recruiting for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join a fast-paced food manufacturing facility in Mount Royal, NJ.

This is an excellent opportunity to lead a maintenance team, improve equipment reliability, drive preventative maintenance, and support continuous improvement within a highly automated production environment.

What You'll Do

• Lead, coach and develop a team of maintenance technicians
• Coordinate daily maintenance activities and prioritize work orders
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and automated production equipment
• Drive preventative maintenance compliance and equipment reliability
• Monitor maintenance KPIs and reduce downtime through continuous improvement
• Partner with Production, Engineering and Quality to maximise plant performance
• Support root cause analysis and corrective actions
• Assist with PLC and controls troubleshooting
• Maintain CMMS records, work orders and maintenance documentation
• Promote a strong culture of safety, accountability and continuous improvement

What We're Looking For

• Previous maintenance leadership experience within manufacturing
• Strong electrical troubleshooting skills
• Experience managing preventative and reactive maintenance programs
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics
• Experience leading maintenance priorities in a production environment
• Strong leadership and communication skills

Preferred Experience

• Food manufacturing or USDA-regulated environment
• SQF or food safety systems
• PLC troubleshooting experience
• Automation and robotics experience
• Electrical certification or technical training
• Experience supporting highly automated production equipment
