They are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead second-shift maintenance operations within a high-volume food manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and direct a shift maintenance team of 10+ technicians
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, PLC, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Ensure GMP, HACCP, and OSHA compliance
• Coordinate PMs, emergency repairs, and equipment uptime
• Coach technicians and support disciplinary / performance conversations
• Maintain maintenance records, parts, and supply reporting
• Partner with production leadership to improve equipment reliability

Requirements:

• 4+ years maintenance leadership experience
• Food or beverage manufacturing experience preferred
• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Experience with PLCs, conveyors, pumps, and facility systems
• GMP / HACCP / OSHA familiarity
• Comfortable in refrigerated food production environments
