Role Description The Maintenance Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Junction City, KS, responsible for overseeing day-to-day maintenance operations for assigned apartment communities. This position coordinates and performs routine and emergency repairs, conducts inspections, and ensures preventive maintenance schedules are followed for building systems, equipment, and grounds. The Maintenance Supervisor leads and trains maintenance team members, assigns work orders, monitors completion, and maintains a safe working environment that complies with company policies and local regulations.
