Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Mentoring, guiding, and supervising a close-knit team of 4 maintenance staff members.

  • Preventative Maintenance: Designing, scheduling, and executing proactive preventative maintenance programs to maximize plant uptime.

  • Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnosing mechanical issues, repairing industrial machinery, and managing general building facility maintenance.

  • Safety Champion: Implementing and maintaining company safety protocols to ensure a secure environment for your team.

  • Clear Communication: Serving as the bridge between your team and senior management regarding project updates and facility needs.

What We Look For (Qualifications)

  • Leadership Drive: At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory or management role where you directed others.

  • Technical Aptitude: Proven experience with hand/power tools, facility maintenance equipment, and general industrial machinery troubleshooting.

  • Mindset: A strong "go the extra mile" attitude and an alignment with family-first team values.

  • Education & Physical: High school diploma or equivalent; ability to comfortably lift up to 50 pounds.
