Clear Communication: Serving as the bridge between your team and senior management regarding project updates and facility needs.
Leadership Drive: At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory or management role where you directed others.
Technical Aptitude: Proven experience with hand/power tools, facility maintenance equipment, and general industrial machinery troubleshooting.
