SUMMARY
Under the general direction of the Operations Manager, the Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily maintenance operations of the facility to ensure equipment reliability, production efficiency, and a safe working environment. This position supervises maintenance personnel, coordinates preventive and corrective maintenance activities, supports continuous improvement initiatives, and works closely with Operations, Engineering, and Plant Leadership to minimize downtime and maximize equipment performance.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Associate's degree in Industrial Technology, Maintenance Management, Business Administration, Engineering Technology, or a related field preferred. Requires a minimum of three (3) years of experience in maintenance planning, maintenance coordination, CMMS administration, purchasing, inventory control, manufacturing operations, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
SKILLS
Language: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical manuals, equipment documentation, vendor quotations, purchasing records, and business correspondence. Ability to effectively communicate with employees, vendors, contractors, and management.
Computer: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Experience utilizing Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) required. ERP experience preferred.
Reasoning: Ability to organize, prioritize, and coordinate multiple maintenance activities simultaneously in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Ability to analyze maintenance data and identify opportunities for improvement.
Other: Strong organizational, planning, scheduling, and time management skills required. Excellent attention to detail and follow-through. Ability to build effective working relationships across departments and with external vendors.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Certified Maintenance & Reliability Technician (CMRT), Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP), or equivalent certification preferred.

While performing this job, the employee must frequently use their hands to handle, grip or feel objects and must frequently talk and hear. The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, and sit. WORK ENVIRONMENT
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts. The employee is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles, outside weather conditions, and vibration. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
