Position Overview

We are currently seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations and support the overall reliability, safety, and efficiency of our facility. This individual will oversee maintenance personnel, coordinate preventative and corrective maintenance activities, and ensure all building systems and equipment are operating effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate day-to-day maintenance activities throughout the facility
• Schedule and prioritize preventative maintenance and repair work to minimize downtime
• Conduct routine inspections of equipment, machinery, and building systems to identify maintenance needs
• Lead, mentor, and support maintenance technicians to ensure high performance and accountability
• Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and training maintenance personnel
• Coordinate work performed by outside vendors, contractors, and skilled trades professionals
• Monitor and maintain critical facility systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical equipment
• Ensure all maintenance operations comply with company standards and workplace safety regulations
• Support planning and management of maintenance budgets and operational expenses
• Maintain inventory levels for maintenance tools, parts, and supplies
• Collaborate with leadership on facility upgrades, equipment installations, and improvement projects
• Maintain accurate records related to maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs

Qualifications & Experience

• Previous experience supervising maintenance operations in an industrial, manufacturing, or commercial environment
• Strong working knowledge of building systems, mechanical equipment, electrical systems, and general facility maintenance
• Hands-on experience in multiple trades such as electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, or mechanical repair
• Familiarity with preventative maintenance programs and maintenance scheduling
• Understanding of workplace safety practices and regulatory compliance requirements
• Experience managing employee schedules, workload distribution, and team performance
• Strong leadership and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Comfortable using computers, maintenance software, and digital work order systems

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical training, certifications, or related education in maintenance, industrial systems, or mechanical fields
• Prior experience within a manufacturing or production facility
• Bilingual skills are a plus

• Annual salary range: $75,000 – $85,000 - based on experience

Work Environment
