As a Manufacturing Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day manufacturing operations and leading front-line employees to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production. You will work closely with manufacturing teams and support functions to optimize processes, enhance productivity, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

As a Manufacturing Supervisor, you will provide leadership and direction to manufacturing personnel by coordinating resources, supporting employee development, and ensuring compliance with established procedures and safety standards. You will play a key role in achieving operational goals, maintaining product quality, and driving manufacturing performance.
As a Manufacturing Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
Leading and supervising front-line manufacturing employees to ensure safe, productive, and efficient operations.
Managing daily manufacturing activities and supporting the achievement of production targets, quality objectives, and operational requirements.
Communicating and coordinating with cross-functional teams to support manufacturing processes and business objectives.
Monitoring workforce schedules, performance, and resource allocation to optimize operational efficiency.
Ensuring compliance with Baker Hughes HSE policies, quality standards, and applicable regulatory requirements.
Supporting standardized manufacturing processes while identifying opportunities for process improvements and operational excellence.
Exchanging information related to products, processes, procedures, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Identifying production issues and implementing corrective actions to improve manufacturing performance and efficiency.
Managing a small manufacturing unit and supporting responsible budget utilization.
Maintaining accurate operational records, production reports, and manufacturing documentation.
Promoting a culture of teamwork, accountability, employee engagement, and continuous improvement.
To be successful in this role, you will:
Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, or a High School Diploma/GED with at least 4 years of experience in Manufacturing.
Have experience leading or supervising employees within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Have strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate across multiple functions.
Have strong interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support team performance.
Have the ability to work independently while managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Have strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Have experience supporting manufacturing operations, process improvements, and operational performance.
Have fluency in English and the ability to communicate effectively with employees, stakeholders, and leadership teams.

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM
