We are working with an established **Custom Metal Stamping & Fabrication Company **based in **Cincinnati, OH. **They are recruiting for an **Maintenance Supervisor **to join their team on Days in return for a salary in the region of **$80,000 - $100,000 **along with excellent employment benefits which include 401K, Healthcare, Vision and Dental.

Duties as an Maintenance Supervisor:

• Supervise and support a team of 2 Junior Maintenance Technicians, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
• Assign, prioritize, and monitor daily maintenance work orders to minimize downtime and maintain production performance.
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve the site Preventive Maintenance (PM) program.
• Schedule, conduct, and complete preventive maintenance activities across production and facility equipment.
• Perform hands-on mechanical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair on presses, CNC machines, tool & die machinery, CNC engraving equipment, blanking lines, and material handling systems.
• Troubleshoot and maintain hydraulic and pneumatic systems, including valves, pumps, cylinders, regulators, and associated components.
• Perform PLC troubleshooting, diagnostics, and basic programming modifications to support equipment reliability and production efficiency.
• Carry out electrical maintenance and repair work on motors, sensors, relays, contactors, drives, and industrial control systems.
• Provide ongoing training, coaching, and technical development to Junior Maintenance Technicians to improve team capability and performance.

Qualifications & Experience required:

• Previous Industrial Maintenance leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong mechanical maintenance background within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong PLC troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
