Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
• Lead and mentor a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance and support.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify issues and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Manage maintenance budgets and track expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance services.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and generate reports for management.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests promptly and efficiently.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in a related field preferred.
• Proven experience in a maintenance supervisory role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance processes, tools, and equipment.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical issues.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in maintenance operations.
• Food Industry experience or Blow Molding experience.
