The actual salary may vary based upon several factors including your relevant skills and experience.

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as the owner of the MaintainX CMMS by maintaining asset data, preventive maintenance schedules, work order accuracy, and reporting to support informed maintenance decisions.
  • Maintain a strong presence on the production floor by partnering Operations to resolve equipment issues, support operator basic care activities, and coordinate major repairs and equipment overhauls.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to improve equipment reliability, maintenance processes, and team performance.
  • Travel occasionally (up to 10%) for training, cross-plant collaboration, and operational support as needed.

What You’ll Bring

  • High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree in engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or a related technical field preferred.
