Responsibilities:
- Plan and schedule all maintenance activities (preventive, routine, emergency, and overhaul) to minimize downtime and maximize equipment reliability
- Manage and maintain the CMMS (SAP), ensuring accurate work orders, asset data, and effective tracking of maintenance activities and costs
- Develop detailed job plans and maintenance packages, including labor, materials, and procedures, to enable efficient execution
- Control and optimize preventive maintenance programs and maintenance backlog to improve productivity and balance PM vs. corrective work
Qualifications:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Maintenance Technology, or a related technical field, or an equivalent blend of technical training and hands‑on experience
- 3+ years of experience in a leadership position
- 5+ years of experience in maintenance planning, scheduling, or industrial maintenance operations
- Demonstrated proficiency with CMMS platforms (ideally SAP or comparable systems) for managing work orders, assets, and maintenance data
- Strong background in preventive maintenance, backlog management, and coordinating labor, materials, and contractor activities
- Ability to be on‑call and work beyond standard hours as needed
