About This Opportunity

Integrity Technical Services, Inc. is seeking a skilled ** Maintenance Repair Technician (Machine and Facility Maintenance)** on behalf of a leading manufacturing facility on the west side of Cleveland, Ohio. In this vital 2nd-shift role, you will perform mechanical troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and equipment repair to ensure maximum uptime for critical manufacturing assets and overall plant infrastructure.

Responsibilities

  • Equipment Repair & Diagnostics: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair complex capital manufacturing equipment and facility support systems.
  • Mechanical Maintenance: Dismantle malfunctioning machinery, replace defective components, and rebuild assemblies using precision hand tools and measuring instruments.
  • System Troubleshooting: Resolve mechanical and operational issues across heavy stamping presses, conveyor systems, plumbing networks, and plant utility vehicles.
  • Machinery Installation: Assemble and install new industrial machinery in accordance with engineering schematics and technical blueprints.
  • Facility Infrastructure: Execute general facility maintenance, basic pipefitting/plumbing repairs, and routine fleet vehicle maintenance (excluding engine overhauls).

Requirements

  • Education: High School Diploma, GED, or completion of a relevant vocational/technical program.

  • Experience: Hands-on industrial maintenance experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment.

  • Technical Proficiency:- Demonstrated expertise in troubleshooting hydraulic, electrical, and pneumatic systems.

    • Practical experience maintaining and repairing material handling and conveyor systems.
    • Functional knowledge of basic welding, cutting, and metal fabrication techniques.
    • Proven ability to read, interpret, and work from complex industrial blueprints and schematics.
  • Safety & Compliance:- Strict working knowledge of basic OSHA safety guidelines and plant protocols.

    • Comprehensive understanding and enforcement of Lock-Out/Tag-Out (LOTO) procedures.
  • Core Competencies: High mechanical aptitude, self-directed problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
