SUMMARY

Maintenance Repair [Electrician] needs to be capable of installing power supply wiring and conduit such as: EMT, Rigid, MC cable, Strut, and cable trays. Troubleshooting electrical components, wiring diagrams, transformers, motors, panels, and circuits. Installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical equipment such as: switch gears, motor controls, conveyor systems, lighting panels and power supplies. Also be able to ensure compliance with electrical codes.

Responsibilities

JOB DUTIES

• Install power supply wiring and conduit such as: EMT, Rigid, MC cable, Strut, and cable trays.
• Troubleshooting electrical components, wiring diagrams, transformers, motors, panels, and circuits. Installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical equipment such as: switch gears, motor controls, conveyor systems, lighting panels and power supplies

• ensure compliance with electrical codes.

Qualifications

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS

• High School diploma/ GED.
• Must be a licensed electrician.
• Must be available 2nd & 3rd shift and weekend overtime when needed.
• Must have experience on CNC equipment, Mazak experience is helpful.
• Must be experienced with 440v, running conduit and electrical troubleshooting of complex machinery.
• Must have experience in a manufacturing maintenance department.
• Must have experience with VFD.
• PLC knowledge

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to tolerate standing, walking, dust, fumes, and noise.
• Standing for extended periods of time, walking throughout the facility, ability to lift 50lbs as the need arises.
• Physical job analysis can be provided.
