We are looking for a motivated and skilled Purchasing Agent with CMMS experience to join our growing maintenance team. In this role, you will research and order parts and equipment while also maintaining inventory and other required tasks in and out of our CMMS. Maintenance Planning experience preferred but not required. This position involves a wide range of responsibilities, requiring strong attention to detail, maintaining a budget, ability to read blueprints, working in multiple computer programs while maintaining an effective inventory, price checking, while maximizing the CMMS program.

Preferred Qualifications:
• 2+ Years Industrial or Commercial Purchasing
• Familiarity with industrial equipment and parts
• Strong CMMS skills
• Ability to read and understand blueprints, takeoffs and schematics
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
