We are seeking an industrial maintenance professional to join the Maintenance Department in a growing manufacturing site that houses a variety of manufacturing processes including CNC cutting/machining, web handling, automation, large format 3D printing, and extrusion. This is a hands-on role responsible for executing the preventive and reactive maintenance operations for both production equipment and facilities systems.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee the troubleshooting and repair of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and facilities equipment
• Work with production personnel to ensure the proper function of equipment
• Attend and complete training as required to ensure complete knowledge of equipment and systems facility wide
• Support a team-oriented atmosphere

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

• Certification or experience in electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic industrial systems is preferred, not required
• Experience with diagnosing and repairing industrial electrical systems including PLC’s is preferred, not required
• Understanding of basic electrical principles

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:

Required:

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Completion of trade school or apprenticeship program for core expertise area or three (3) years of experience in industrial maintenance

Preferred:

• Experience with diagnosing and repairing industrial electrical systems including PLC’s

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Prolonged periods standing, kneeling, bending, and climbing ladders or scaffolding.
• Ability to regularly push/ pull and lift/carry up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift up to 75 pounds
• Must be able to see color to discern color-coded wiring.
• Must be able to work in varying temperatures
• Comfortable working around industrial equipment
