**Job Title: Maintenance Planner

**Location: Orangeburg NY 10962

**Duration: 3 - 6+ Months (Potential Extension)

**

**Pay Rate: $20.00/Hr. - $22.00/Hr. on W2

**

**Shift Timing: Mon – Fri 7.00 AM – 4.30 PM EST

**

**Description:

**

• Develop, schedule, and track preventive maintenance (PM) activities.

• Create and manage maintenance work orders.

• Coordinate maintenance schedules with production and operations teams.

• Inventory Management Manage maintenance spare parts inventory and stock levels.

• Identify critical spare parts and maintain minimum inventory levels. Receive, organize, and issue maintenance parts and supplies.

• Work with vendors to obtain quotes and order replacement parts.

• Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits.

• Maintain accurate inventory records within the CMMS or inventory system.
