Job OverviewA leading food manufacturing business is seeking a Maintenance Planner / Maintenance Technician to support preventive and predictive maintenance across key processing and packaging equipment within a high-speed production environment.The role will focus on planning, writing, and implementing PM/PdM tasks, troubleshooting equipment issues, supporting production teams, ordering parts, maintaining the CMMS, and helping improve overall equipment reliability. The position will also involve coaching maintenance and production employees on maintenance best practices, supporting safety procedures, and ensuring work is completed to food safety, quality, and operational standards.This is a fast-paced manufacturing environment with exposure to mechanical, electrical, pressurized, refrigerated, and high-speed production equipment. The role would suit someone with strong hands-on maintenance experience, good planning ability, and a background in food, beverage, frozen, refrigerated, or high-speed manufacturing.Compensation: $35–$42/hr, with overtime opportunities, shift differential, cold premium pay, annual bonus potential, and a full benefits package.
