Your Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- A minimum of 2 years of maintenance experience in an industrial setting, preferably with heavy machinery.
- Experience with mechanical or electrical repairs is required.
- Welding and fabricating experience is a plus.
- Flexibility to work Monday – Thursday, 6a – 4:30p.
- Team-oriented with communication skills required to work with supervisors, engineers, maintenance, and production operators.
Your Purpose:
You will perform maintenance and repair operations necessary to keep the mill, equipment, machinery, and tools in good operating conditions; working in the many and diversified capacities required in maintenance.
Your Work:
- You will have a variety of occasionally complex duties requiring considerable care to effectively and efficiently dismantle, repair, lubricate, reassemble, as wells as general maintenance in varied capacities such as an electrician, machine repair, millwright.
- You will start, observe, and operate equipment to detect or verify the malfunction.
- You will conduct preventive maintenance through inspecting, adjusting feed, speed power input and output, cleaning, and lubricating equipment.
- You will tear down, replace, repair, install, and assemble equipment, parts, components, and accessories.
- You will detect and report faulty material, environmental hazards, and/ or improper operation of mill equipment or machinery.
