Job Description

Ultradent the global name in oral health is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic. Hours are 4:00 am to 2:30 pm Monday Through Thursday and on call every 3 weekends.

General Responsibilities

• Planned preventative maintenance activities
• Provide technical assistance to Engineering and production teams.
• Accurately and safely repair and troubleshoot production machinery.
• Assists in technical aspects of changeovers
• Assists with other manufacturing equipment maintenance and repair as needed.
• Complete documentation as needed

Qualifications

• Excellent analytical skills and technical problem solving
• Ability to read electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic schematics
• Good working knowledge of machine controls, sensors, and actuators
• Methodical problem-solving approach
• Basic understanding of industrial electrical power, hydraulic and compressed air systems
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written
• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude
